Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving & Ownership:

    Take full responsibility for resolving operational challenges independently. Think on your feet, identify issues quickly, and implement practical, effective solutions.
  • Result Orientation:

    Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and on time, from vendor coordination to client deliveries, without constant supervision.
  • Field Operations:

  1. Meet and coordinate with clients, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery operations from vendors to Chroma Print and Pack and from the company to customers.
  2. Oversee on-ground execution to ensure timely deliveries and handle any issues that arise during the process.
  • Coordination & Communication:

    Collaborate closely with the accounts and production teams to maintain smooth workflow and communication across departments.
  • Expense Documentation:

    Accurately record operational and travel expenses in

    Google Sheets,

    ensuring all data is well-documented and transparent.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Mechanical Engineering

    or a

    similar technical/operations background is highly preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or admin roles, preferably in

    print, packaging, or manufacturing industries.

  • Strong

    problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities for effective vendor and client interaction.
  • Hands-on and practical mindset

    , willing to manage both office work and field responsibilities independently.
  • Proficiency in

    Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)

    for documentation and reporting.
  • Must hold a

    valid driver’s license

    and be comfortable with local travel as part of operational duties.
