Job Description – Operations & Admin Executive. Company: E-Incarnation Recycling Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mumbai Department: Operations & Administration Position Overview The Operations & Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating administrative activities, and maintaining documentation as per company and regulatory standards. This role supports cross-departmental coordination, inventory management, and operational compliance within the e-waste recycling facility. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee daily office and factory operations to ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate with internal departments, staff, and management to support operational activities. Handle inventory operations including receiving, verifying, and documenting e-waste materials (type, quantity, source). Verify gate passes, serial numbers, and documentation for all incoming materials to maintain traceability and compliance. Support factory coordination including material movement, stationery management, and courier handling. 2. Administrative Management Maintain accurate employee attendance records, leave data, and administrative files. Prepare and update required registers, reports, and internal documents. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all administrative tasks. 3. Documentation & Compliance Maintain and organize operational documents, material records, and compliance-related paperwork. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for internal audits and regulatory requirements. 4. Coordination & Support Act as a liaison between operations, HR, vendors, and other departments. Provide administrative support to the management team for day-to-day activities and special assignments. --- Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Excellent documentation and data-management skills. Knowledge of inventory handling and operational compliance. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). --- Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. (Computer Certification). Experience in operations, administration, or compliance roles (preferred).
