Operational Specialist

As a part of Zepcruit's client team, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operational processes for both in-house and third-party delivery across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution channels. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring products reach customers on time and in optimal condition, whether using internal fleet or third-party providers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating logistics, optimizing delivery routes and schedules, and managing relationships with third-party delivery partners to maintain service quality. - Monitoring order fulfillment, inventory movement, and ensuring rigorous compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. - Tracking and analyzing operational performance such as delivery times, order accuracy, and customer feedback to reduce the cost of delivery and damage. - Coordinating with suppliers, production, sales, and customer service teams for smooth operations from manufacturing to last-mile delivery. - Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries, incidents, and identifying and fixing operational issues. - Managing, training, and supporting logistics/packing staff and coordinating with delivery personnel. - Resolving delivery and operations issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Staying updated with industry trends, compliance requirements, and innovations in delivery technology and logistics. Your qualifications for this role should include a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, attention to detail, and proficiency in using relevant software and tools. Additionally, experience in a similar role and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations would be advantageous.
