Operational Specialist

Role Overview: As an Operation Coordinator for OS&E in Bangalore, your main objectives will be to maintain application-data readiness, correlate data effectively, work with vendors globally, communicate with clients remotely, and handle project challenges while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also assist in preparing OS&E BoQs and budgets for hospitality clients, displaying a sound understanding of budgetary considerations to ensure accurate cost planning. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain data from various stakeholders to build the master database for budgets. - Engage with vendors to maintain vendor product catalogs using Provisions vendor portal/platform. - Evaluate client project requirements for completeness and correctness for budget preparation. - Prepare OS&E BoQs, budgets, and client dashboards using Provisions technology platform. - Assist the Operations Manager with client correspondence and presentations. - Maintain records of activities online as per management directives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting, BBA, BBM, or equivalent. - Basic understanding of hotel operations and OS&E requirements, or willingness to undergo necessary industry and process training. - Proficiency in Excel for handling large volumes of itemized data, including organizing, sorting, and analyzing data (e.g., using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). - At least 3-4 years of experience in data accumulation, complex data processing, or procurement support, ideally in a BPO for the hospitality industry. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and suppliers for accurate data and pricing.,
