Operational Excellence Manager

As a member of the noon team, you will be part of the region's leading consumer commerce platform. Since its launch in Saudi Arabia and the UAE in December 2017, noon has expanded to Egypt in February 2019, offering marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. Your primary mission at noon will be to design the lean DC operations and operational excellence portion of the strategic Business Plan. You will be responsible for developing and implementing system optimization, process improvements, and cultural change plans to achieve world-class operations and fulfillment performance. Collaboration with Operational Excellence and Lean DC leaders at various levels within the organization will be crucial for your success. Key responsibilities include overseeing Value Stream Mapping, identifying systemic issues, implementing standard processes, and driving best practice sharing across departments and shifts. You will also collaborate with different groups across the company to coordinate cross-functional projects and drive key performance metrics to ensure an excellent customer experience. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce or a related field. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building abilities are essential. As a passionate leader focused on people, safety, and results, you should be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow-through.
