Key Responsibilities

• Analyze plant data to identify deviations in

  performance, golden batch adherence, yield, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency

  .
• Recommend corrective actions and drive measurable improvements using

  ODR Framework

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into concrete customer outcomes.
• Standardize and document best practices across industries and multiple client locations.
• Act as a

  subject matter expert

  in process reliability, operational excellence, and process optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10–12 years

  of experience in process engineering, operations, manufacturing excellence, or similar roles.
• Strong process knowledge in the

  chemical industry

  ; exposure to

  F&B or allied industries

  is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of

  plant process parameters, reliability metrics, and operational KPIs

  .
• Proven ability to diagnose complex process issues and drive measurable improvements.
• Analytical mindset with a strong passion for improving manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and performance.
