Operational Excellence Lead

Role Overview: You will be a part of Newen Systems, India's leading power conversion and energy storage solutions provider, contributing to driving energy transition and grid stability. Your role will involve working at the state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Vadodara, focusing on innovation and spearheading the energy revolution on a GW scale globally. With a significant presence in over 65 countries and deployment of 3,000+ MW of battery storage, Newen Systems, in collaboration with Dynapower, is delivering cutting-edge solutions such as BESS, Green H2, Microgrid, and e-mobility infrastructure to customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Lean Transformations and Operational Excellence practices within the organization. - Lead and drive Kaizen initiatives across all levels of the plant. - Execute improvement projects throughout the plant at various levels. Qualifications Required: - Possess a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Have 6-10 years of experience in an operational excellence role within the manufacturing or relevant industry. - Previous experience in Operational Excellence/Manufacturing Excellence roles. - Proficient in 5S, Safety, Kaizen, Lean, and IMS methodologies. - Lean certification and IMS internal Auditor certification will be advantageous.
