Operational Excellence Lead

Role Overview: You will play a key role in strengthening process reliability and operational excellence across heavy process industries such as chemicals, food & beverage, and other allied sectors. Your responsibilities will include deep analysis of plant data, identifying performance deviations, recommending corrective actions, and standardizing best practices across customer sites. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze plant data to identify deviations in performance, golden batch adherence, yield, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency. - Recommend corrective actions and drive measurable improvements using ODR Framework. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into concrete customer outcomes. - Standardize and document best practices across industries and multiple client locations. - Act as a subject matter expert in process reliability, operational excellence, and process optimization. Qualifications & Skills: - 10-12 years of experience in process engineering, operations, manufacturing excellence, or similar roles. - Strong process knowledge in the chemical industry; exposure to F&B or allied industries is an advantage. - Solid understanding of plant process parameters, reliability metrics, and operational KPIs. - Proven ability to diagnose complex process issues and drive measurable improvements. - Analytical mindset with a strong passion for improving manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and performance.,
