Operation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Male to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Factory and Store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, adherence to customer SLAs, and effective workforce management. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and proven experience in a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the factory and store.
• Ensure timely production and dispatch to meet Customer SLAs.
• Oversee inventory management, material handling, and stock control.
• Lead, train, and manage employees to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports for management review.
• Meet the Revenue target

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Operations / Industrial Management/ Store opoeration/ Factory Opoerations (preferred).
• 1–84years of proven experience in managing operations for a factory / store / warehouse.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Hands-on experience in process optimization, inventory management, and SLA monitoring.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Local candidates will be given preference.
