Operation Manager

The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency.
• Staff Supervision & Development:
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service & Satisfaction:
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Address guest concerns and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Implement strategies to enhance guest experiences.
• Financial & Budget Management:
• Assist in budget planning and cost control.
• Monitor expenses and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Process Improvement & Innovation:
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in an operations or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Proficiency in relevant software and operational tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
