Job Description

Customer Support & Query Resolution: Provide prompt, professional, and effective telephonic support to customers. Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer concerns. Telephonic & Email Communication: Engage with customers via phone and email to assist with product/service inquiries. Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all communications. Customer Documentation: Maintain and update customer records, feedback, and support logs accurately. Assist in preparing reports, service summaries, and communication drafts as needed. Business Operations Support: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to ensure smooth customer service. Assist in implementing operational processes that improve customer satisfaction. Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and insights for continuous service improvement. Report common customer issues to management for process enhancement.
