Job Title: Operations Manager – Logistics & Warehouse
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years in Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Excel Skills: Mandatory

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling inventory, coordinating dispatches, team management, and ensuring smooth workflow of supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock updates.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments.
• Supervise loading/unloading and storage of materials.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate data and reports using MS Excel (must be proficient).
• Optimize space and resources within the warehouse.
• Lead and guide the ground staff team.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is compulsory.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
