Operation Manager

As a skilled professional in facility management, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations across multiple facilities and service verticals. Your role will involve managing various areas such as housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, landscaping, and support services to ensure seamless service delivery. Your primary objective will be to guarantee that the services provided meet or exceed client expectations, contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and industry benchmarks. You will supervise site managers, facility supervisors, and ground staff to optimize workforce productivity and maintain high service quality standards. In this position, you will be expected to develop and implement operational policies, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the efficiency of facility management operations. Furthermore, you will collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements, address any issues that may arise, and ensure overall client satisfaction. Monitoring budgets, resource allocation, inventory levels, and implementing cost control measures will also be part of your responsibilities. Compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations will be a key focus area to maintain operational standards. Additionally, you will be required to generate and analyze operational reports and provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement. Your support to the business development teams during client onboarding and proposal processes will be crucial, providing operational input to facilitate successful partnerships.
