Operation Manager

As an Operation Executive at Brainguru Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, handling leads, and effectively communicating our services to both new and existing customers. Your role will require strong communication skills and a basic understanding of digital marketing. You will be tasked with promptly and professionally managing customer inquiries via phone, qualifying, following up, and managing leads through various channels, and presenting our IVR, digital marketing, and real estate services to clients. Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations, and generating reports for process improvement will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) and have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or operations, preferably in the digital marketing industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, experience with CRM tools, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential qualities for success.
