As an Operation Executive at Brainguru Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, handling leads, and effectively communicating our services to both new and existing customers. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) and have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or operations, preferably in the digital marketing industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, experience with CRM tools, and a customer-oriented mindset are essential qualities for success.
