Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow, managing staff schedules, coordinating with medical professionals, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, budgeting, and implementing operational policies. They will work closely with the management team to enhance clinic performance and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, coordination, and staff scheduling
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in budgeting and inventory management
• Knowledge of healthcare or clinic management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
