Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads. Explain clinic services clearly and confidently to prospective clients. Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and convert them into appointments. Follow up with clients who have shown interest or missed appointments. Maintain a detailed record of calls and client responses in CRM systems. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales, reception, and clinic teams to ensure smooth walk-in handling. Provide accurate information and resolve client queries promptly. Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients.
