Where You ll Make a Difference

  • Direct the daily workflow of the Accounts Payable team and oversee all payment transactions including ACH, wires, paper checks, SEPA, SWIFT, MT messages, with added advantage of Target2 and FEDWIRE knowledge.
  • Supervise invoice processing (standard, advance, proforma, and travel reimbursements) ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payment runs.
  • Monitor SAP HANA payment interfaces, address rejections/exceptions in bank portals, and prevent duplicate or manual payment errors.
  • Ensure compliance by identifying issues, escalating appropriately, and maintaining documentation for audits and trackers.
  • Liaise with bankers, treasury, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries within defined TAT.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, dashboards, and document retention in line with policy and quality standards.
  • Review team activities including invoicing, audit support, analysis, and ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
  • Support metrics reporting, standardize procedures, and create internal templates to drive efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through prompt communication and query resolution.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, with 10+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage large teams (~25 members) across global locations.
  • Substantial hands-on experience with ERP SAP systems; knowledge of 1099 filing and Escheatment process is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, research, follow-up, and time management skills with excellent accounting and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks based on criticality.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Fully proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible with work shifts and timelines; capable of adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Drives cross-skilling, team motivation, performance reviews, and fosters a collaborative one team approach.
