Operation Head Food Division

Opening for an operations executive with 6 years plus experience in handling food products category. Experience in e commerce side of food products preferred.

To lead, streamline, and scale the end-to-end operations of food product category, ensuring procurement excellence, production quality, supply chain efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while enabling brand growth and customer satisfaction.

Define and implement short-term and long-term operations strategy in alignment with brand vision.

Establish production benchmarks and optimize throughput while maintaining product integrity.

Build a transparent, ethical, and scalable supplier network.

Supervise in-house or outsourced production units to ensure hygienic and compliant manufacturing.

Maintain FSSAI and organic certification compliance at every production level.

Design and monitor an agile supply chain from farm-to-shelf.

Optimize warehouse, distribution, and last-mile delivery performance with minimal spoilage.

Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure product purity, taste, and safety.

Coordinate regular lab testing, audits, and packaging inspections.

Leverage inventory tools to forecast demand and manage stock across offline/online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website).

Oversee order dispatch, returns, and customer service coordination.

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and national food safety regulations.

Handle documentation, legal licenses, audits, and inspection protocols.

Identify and integrate ERP or operations management software to digitize operations.

Champion data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
