Office Executive

We are looking for an office executive with 1 year plus experience. Candidate should have own two wheeler. Experience with manufacturing set up preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office .

Management of all office facilities including maintenance, security, House Keeping administration & office services. To arrange to procure, install & maintain various facilities, utilities & equipment. To call & negotiate with sub-contractors / outsourcing agencies with a view to manage various requirements. Coordinate between the executives and internal/external clients.

· Payment follow-up with clients

· Prepare and provide -- Necessary Sales/ inventory data reports.

· Backend support, record-keeping, deadlines.

· Communicating with customers about order status and shipping details as required

· Answering questions about products or services offered by a company to potential customers

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

· To coordinate and assist the sales, commercial, and logistic team

Skills

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Possess documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
