Operation Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing detailed back-end operation processes related to Mutual Funds, Life and General Insurance, and Fixed Income. This includes updating product process flow charts to ensure seamless and error-free processes. Your tasks will involve handling different portals for investment execution, such as the BSE Star Platform, and executing daily online/offline transactions for various financial products. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining transaction reports, coordinating with companies and processing houses for issue resolution, and interacting with clients for transaction-related queries. Key Responsibilities: - Possess in-depth knowledge of back-end operation processes for Mutual Funds, Life and General Insurance, and Fixed Income - Update product process flow charts to ensure seamless and error-free processes - Handle different portals for investment execution, such as the BSE Star Platform - Execute daily online/offline transactions for Mutual Funds, Insurance, General Insurance, and Fixed Income products - Prepare and maintain daily transaction reports and MIS - Coordinate with various companies and processing houses for issue resolution - Interact with clients for transaction-related queries Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in wealth advisory, financial portfolio company, or financial advisory firms handling back-end operations - Graduation/MBA/BBA with at least 65% marks along with certifications in various asset classes Additional Details: Only female candidates from in and around Navi-Mumbai can apply.
