Role & responsibilities: Field: Candidate should be from E-commerce background ( Bigbasket, Zepto, Blinkit) Job Type: Onsite Language: English and Hindi Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic financial understanding, and proficiency in Excel. This role involves managing vendors, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to facilitate smooth operations. Compile, analyze, and present necessary data for Management Information Systems (MIS). Utilize Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data management and reporting. Monitor and manage the vendor payment cycle to ensure timely transactions. Key Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to coordinate and negotiate with vendors and internal teams effectively. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data collation for MIS). Understanding of vendor payment processes and timelines. Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, FMCG, or a related field. Previous experience in operations, logistics, or stakeholder management roles. Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or sales environment is a plus. Prior experience in FMCG categories is a plus.
