Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily system performance, ensuring accurate data processing, managing race-day activities, and maintaining overall operational efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support race day operations, including performance testing, system initialization,and end-of-day reporting. Ensure accurate and timely input of all racing and wagering data into the system. Open and close wagering periods as per schedule, ensuring system integrity throughout. Maintain up-to-date records of horsemen and racing-related information through consistent data entry. Provide support on racing-related issues and ensure smooth communication between operations and track locations. Escalate technical or operational issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution. Follow established procedures during emergency scenarios to maintain operational continuity. Accurately process all pari-mutuel wagers within the system, ensuring compliance and precision. Requirements: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to assist end users effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Good understanding of gaming products, game types, and platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Comfortable with multitasking and working under pressure, especially during live race events. Eagerness to stay updated with evolving technology and racing systems.
