Operation executive / Sales support

You will work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments, support sales strategy, and deliver exceptional client experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including freight bookings, documentation, and shipment tracking. - Provide administrative and analytical support to the sales team. - Liaise with shipping lines, agents, and customers for timely cargo movements. - Prepare sales proposals, client presentations, and regular performance reports. - Maintain CRM data, follow up on leads, quotes, and pipeline activities. - Troubleshoot operational issues and proactively resolve shipment delays or customer queries. **Qualifications Required:** - Fresher / 1-2 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations. - Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and international trade documentation. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. **Preferred:** - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
