Job Description

As an Operation Executive at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Co., Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to track, follow up through telephonic calls and direct visits for the collection of renewal premiums from customers. You will also be responsible for verifying new business insurance proposals and handling queries from customers, salespersons, and agents. Another crucial aspect of your role will be the retention of customers from surrendering or cancelling their policies. This involves verifying and processing customer and agent servicing requests and claims, as well as creating reference leads from walk-in customers. In addition, you will be required to coordinate with collection agents or banks to deposit cash or cheque premiums at the bank. Data enrichment and instant adoption of 80% of all eligible customer walk-ins will be essential to your daily tasks. Ensuring process compliance and adherence at the branch, managing day-to-day branch administration including housekeeping, maintenance, asset control, discipline, and handling branch admin, audits related activities will be part of your operational responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to maintain operational coordination with other functional departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.,
