Position Overview:

As an Operations Executive, you will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve coordinating between various departments, managing resources, and maintaining relationships with clients to deliver high-quality cosmetic products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met

2. Coordinate with the production team to address any operational issues

3. Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements

4. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct audits and inspections

5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding production updates and timelines

6. Conduct regular reviews of operational procedures and suggest enhancements

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control and marketing

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Sound working knowledge in MS Excel and making presentations for the clients
• 2-5 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in the cosmetic or personal care industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
