Operation Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Team Member to join our operations department. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth execution of investment transactions and maintaining high service standards for our company

Reporting To Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Account Management

• Process new account openings and documentation
• Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and updates
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Transaction Processing

• Execute and monitor investment transactions across multiple products
• Process all kinds of orders like purchase, redemption, and switch orders for mutual funds
• Handle fixed deposit bookings and bond transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely settlement of transactions
• Experience with Platforms like BSE Star MF, Camsonline, Kfintech Distributor Portal etc

- Tieup Coordination

• Coordinate with Mutual Fund Companies (AMCs), CAMS and Kfintech (RTAs), and BSE
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operation flow
• Maintain professional relationships with all Associate Companies and Tie Ups

- Client Service

• Address client queries and provide timely resolutions
• Assist clients with transaction-related information
• Provide regular updates on processing status
• Ensure high standards of client service delivery

- Reporting & Documentation

• Generate and maintain various operational reports
• Ensure proper documentation of all processes and transactions
• Maintain systematic records for audit

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in financial services operations (preferred)
• Knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, fixed deposits, and bonds
• Understanding of KYC norms and financial regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,319.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month
