Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for our first hire - a passionate and proactive Operations Executive who will play a critical role in supporting and managing daily marketplace operations. You’ll be the key point of contact for our vendors and ensure seamless coordination of supply, pricing, and procurement functions. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new vendors dealing in construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.). Maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service. Coordinate daily order processing, delivery timelines, and vendor communications. Assist in price negotiations and maintain up-to-date pricing for all materials. Track procurement metrics and prepare basic reports on inventory, pricing, and vendor performance. Support the founding team with strategic operational insights and business development activities. Ensure smooth marketplace operations, especially during scaling and peak demand periods.
