Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Primary Responsibility:

The Operation Executive is responsible for verifying and validating invoices and transaction details uploaded on the Company side. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and completeness of data before invoices are approved for financing.

1. Check and validate invoices uploaded by MSMEs on the TReDS platform
2. Verify buyer–seller details, invoice value, GST details, and due dates
3. Ensure documents are compliant with RBI and TReDS guidelines
4. Cross-check data with supporting documents (PO, GRN, delivery proof, etc.)
5. Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams or customers for resolution
6. Update invoice status and maintain accurate records in the system
7. Ensure turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards are met
8. Support audit and compliance requirements
9. Prepare basic MIS and daily reports
