Role Title : Outbound Sales Executive – Retention & Renewal (Life Insurance) Role Purpose : Proactively contact existing policyholders nearing renewal or at risk of lapse to retain customers, secure timely renewals, and grow policy value through upgrades, add‑ons, or cross‑sell—while ensuring full regulatory compliance and superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling & Pipeline Management Renewal Closure & Retention Cross‑Sell / Up‑Sell (Need‑Based) Compliance, Quality & Documentation Customer Experience & Issue Resolution Collaboration & Escalation  Reporting & Continuous Improvement Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of experience in life/health insurance outbound renewals/retention/sales (preferred). Strong English language communication; clear, empathetic, and persuasive. Objection handling (price, need, competitor, trust) with structured closes.
