Technical Sales Executive (Printer Support)

JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE (US PRINTER SUPPORT PROCESS) Job Description:- We are hiring for a results-oriented Technical Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support sales for printer-related services. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, motivated, and able to convert incoming calls into sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions. 👉 Candidates with prior experience in technical support sales process in other campaigns, such as Antivirus Calls, Router Calls, or any other PPC campaigns, will also be considered. Responsibilities:- Handle incoming sales calls related to printer technical support (US process). Communicate effectively with customers to identify their technical issues and provide tailored service plans. Explain pricing, promotions, and service details clearly and professionally. Close sales by guiding customers toward choosing the right technical support package. Provide follow-up and account management to maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the company’s CRM. Stay up to date with technical knowledge related to printers and related technologies. Requirements:- At least 1 year of technical sales experience in the printer support process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries and close sales over the phone. Familiarity with popular printer brands and related technical issues. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Willingness to learn and grow with the team. Flexible to work on the night shift (US process).
