Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive at our Travel & Visa company based in Rajkot, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations related to tours and travel bookings. Your primary tasks will include handling booking inquiries, creating customized travel packages, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our customers. Your key responsibilities will involve responding to booking inquiries through various channels, creating tailored travel packages based on client requirements, sharing package quotations for approval, confirming bookings with travel partners and vendors, maintaining professional communication with clients throughout their travel, collecting post-travel feedback, and reporting to the Manager to ensure operational efficiency and timely service delivery. To excel in this role, you do not need prior experience as freshers are welcome to apply. However, a basic understanding of geography and the travel industry, along with strong computer skills, will be beneficial. Excellent communication and hospitality skills are essential, as well as proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages. A client-focused approach, attention to detail, and organizational skills are also key attributes we are looking for. In return for your contributions, we offer a fixed monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 20,000, along with performance-based incentives. You will be expected to work from Monday to Saturday, with soft skills and operations training provided to support your professional growth.
