Job Title: Operations Executive, Telecaller Location: HAL (Bangalore) Department: Logistics Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive, Logistics Executive & Tele callers to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing pricing arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Set and negotiate pricing based on market standards and client requirements. Monitor and manage the daily logistics operations to maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless flow of information and smooth operations. Prepare and analyze regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Education: Minimum 10+2; Diploma or Graduation preferred. Previous experience in logistics or related field is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
