Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day operations of our coaching institute. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain academic schedules, and handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure classes, tests, and events run smoothly.
Coordinate with faculty, students, and parents for scheduling and updates.
Manage classroom logistics — seating, attendance, maintenance, stationery, and other resources.
Supervise the preparation and distribution of test papers, study materials, and reports.
Maintain student records, fee tracking, and communication logs.
Support marketing and admission teams during inquiry follow-ups and events.
Monitor housekeeping, infrastructure, and IT support needs.
Generate daily and weekly operational reports for management.
Ensure SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed across departments.
Handle vendor coordination for printing, transport, and other operational requirements.
