We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Credit Card Sales Manager to lead, manage, and drive credit card acquisition business in the Ahmedabad region. The role involves managing a field sales team, achieving monthly targets, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of credit card sales executives to achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets. Drive sourcing through multiple channels such as field sales, corporate tie-ups, and open market activities. Monitor team productivity, conversions, and quality metrics on a regular basis. Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and on-ground coaching for the sales team. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, banking compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, underwriting, and compliance for smooth processing. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Handle escalations, customer concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain MIS, reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day operational activities related to credit card processing and servicing. Maintain and analyze MIS reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Charts, etc.). Track applications, approvals, rejections, and pending cases accurately. Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and backend teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and operational issues. Maintain data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review. Support audit requirements and ensure proper documentation. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
