Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, and other civil structures.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
Review architectural and MEP plans to ensure structural feasibility and coordination.
Use design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, or Revit for modeling and analysis.
Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to verify compliance with design and safety standards.
Identify potential structural risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all designs meet local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and documentation required for approvals.
Provide engineering support during construction, including resolving technical issues on-site.
Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
Knowledge of seismic design, wind analysis, and soil-structure interaction is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree is mandatory or related field.
7-8 years of experience in marketing/sales/branding roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and social media platforms.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and planning abilities.
