Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Onsite , Goregaon Experience Required: 36 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using online job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various functions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver best-in-class recruitment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates. Source and screen candidates using multiple channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, internal databases, referrals, and headhunting. Engage in proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche and leadership roles. Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process. Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment. Strong experience in hiring for mid to senior-level roles across diverse industries or functions. Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, and other sourcing platforms. Excellent headhunting and passive sourcing skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in high-volume or leadership hiring. Exposure to employer branding and talent engagement strategies is an advantage.
