Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Keep the front desk organized and handle incoming calls, visitors, and couriers.
  • Maintain the database by keeping all leads in a spreadsheet and managing it.
  • Use scripts to explain the products features and benefits to clients.
  • Call leads from events, digital campaigns, direct calls, and showrooms.
  • Sort and categorize leads; assign filtered leads to the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads with the sales team and create reports on key leads and achievements.
  • Listen to customer complaints and forward them to the technical team; answer calls from potential customers.
  • Maintain the stock of marketing materials and act as a showroom consultant when the showroom is open.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Polite, organized, and clear in communication; able to adapt to changes.
  • Consistent, reliable, and willing to take on tasks as needed.
  • Able to think analytically and communicate effectively.
  • Remains composed and performs well under pressure; works in a systematic way.
  • Responsible for lead capture and has prior experience in customer service.
  • Educational/skills basics: high school graduate; proficient in English and Microsoft Office; fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language.
