The Front Office Executive – VVIP Guest Relations is responsible for providing a seamless, personalized, and discreet arrival-to-departure experience for the most distinguished Client's. The role demands impeccable professionalism, exceptional communication, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of high-profile individuals with utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
Personally welcome VVIP guests upon arrival and ensure an expedited and private check-in/check-out process.
Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding guest identity, preferences, and requirements.
Provide bespoke concierge support including private transfers, high-end dining reservations, and exclusive experience arrangements.
Handle special requests and personalized services proactively, maintaining a sense of luxury and exclusivity.
