Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards.
  
• Assist with backend operational activities to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  
• Leverage

  Microsoft Office Suite

  (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for reporting and presentations.
• Use tools like

  ChatGPT

  to draft communication, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless operational support.
  
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  
• Hunger to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks.
  
• Proficiency in
