ORM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor brand mentions across platforms (social media, Google reviews, forums, etc.) using social listening tools.
• Identify and categorize sentiment — positive, neutral, and negative — and track recurring issues or feedback trends.
• Craft thoughtful, on-brand responses to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure responses reflect accurate product/service information and consistent tone of voice.
• De-escalate negative interactions and turn dissatisfied users into brand advocates through empathetic communication.
• Handle potential online reputation threats or crisis scenarios in a calm, strategic manner.
• Compile and present reports on ORM performance metrics (sentiment trends, response time, issue resolution rate, etc.).
• Analyze review and survey data for patterns, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Share customer feedback and insights with relevant departments (marketing, product, customer service) for action.

Required Skills:

• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting metrics
• Ability to multitask across platforms and conversations
• Working knowledge of ORM tools and social listening platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, or community management
• Familiarity with online marketing and SEO basics
• Certifications in social media or digital marketing are a plus
