Role Summary

Online Response Management (ORM) Fresher

full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

• Help manage and maintain a positive online reputation across social media, review sites, and forums.
• Monitor mentions of our brands, products, and services regularly.
• Identify and respond to both positive and negative comments, messages, and reviews.
• Draft thoughtful, brand-aligned replies in coordination with the internal team.
• Turn negative interactions into positive ones through clear and empathetic communication.
• Track sentiment and recurring feedback to inform internal teams.
• Contribute to ORM reports and flag key trends and insights.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in ORM, community management, or social media (internships included).
• Excellent written English with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned responses.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of ORM concepts or digital communication is a plus.

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Analytical thinking and comfort with tracking/reporting tools
