Role Summary We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Online Response Management (ORM) Fresher to join our team at Route 33 . In this role, you’ll support the ORM team in shaping brand perception and building brand love by monitoring and responding to queries, comments, and feedback across various online platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram , ideal for recent graduates or those with up to one year of experience in digital or brand communication. The role includes a 6-month probation period , after which it may be converted into a permanent position based on performance. Key Responsibilities Help manage and maintain a positive online reputation across social media, review sites, and forums. Monitor mentions of our brands, products, and services regularly. Identify and respond to both positive and negative comments, messages, and reviews. Draft thoughtful, brand-aligned replies in coordination with the internal team. Turn negative interactions into positive ones through clear and empathetic communication. Track sentiment and recurring feedback to inform internal teams. Contribute to ORM reports and flag key trends and insights. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 0–1 year of experience in ORM, community management, or social media (internships included). Excellent written English with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned responses. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple digital platforms simultaneously. Basic understanding of ORM concepts or digital communication is a plus.
