Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and optimize

  paid advertising campaigns

  across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Track and analyze

  campaign performance metrics

  to maximize ROI and lead quality.
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to boost conversions.
• Prepare

  performance reports

  that provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with the

  content, design, and sales teams

  to align campaigns with audience targeting and brand goals.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring

  new trends, tools, and best practices

  in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing

  PPC campaigns

  across multiple digital platforms.
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio

  .
• Strong grasp of

  marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization

  .
• Excellent

  analytical, reporting, and communication skills

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  .
• Prior experience in

  real estate digital marketing

  will be an added advantage.
