Responsibilities: Identifying new business opportunities through various online platforms Responding to bids and proposals on Up work, Freelancer, Guru, Fiver, etc., and submitting high-quality, tailored proposals to meet the clients' requirements. Conducting market research to understand client needs, pricing, and competition. Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication Negotiating project terms and conditions with clients Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations. Monitoring and tracking projects through their lifecycle and maintaining accurate records Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Proven experience as an Online Bidder on platforms such as Up work, Freelancer, Guru, etc. Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Understanding of web development, software development, Meta verse, AR/VR, IoT, digital marketing, and other technical areas Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
