Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Online Bidder based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Online Bidder will manage and oversee bidding processes on online platforms, identify and research client opportunities, and craft compelling bid proposals. Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, maintaining communications with stakeholders, and ensuring timely proposal submissions. The role also involves fostering relationships with potential clients and collaborating with internal teams for successful bid alignment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear and persuasive proposals Proficient Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate client needs and conduct market analysis Experience in providing Training and guidance to team members on bid processes Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
