Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Online Bidder / BDE on freelance platforms

We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive who can actively work on multiple freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and similar portals to bring in new clients and projects for our company.

The ideal candidate should already have hands-on experience in bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and project acquisition, especially in the IT / web development / design / digital services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and other similar platforms.
  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects daily according to company services
  • Write custom, high-conversion proposals tailored to the client’s requirements.
  • Communicate with clients via chat, messages, and calls to understand requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate budget, timelines, and scope to close deals profitably.
  • Coordinate with the technical / project team to prepare estimates, breakdowns, and project plans when needed.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Prepare simple reports on bidding activity, leads, and conversions for management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Online Bidder / BDE on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as website development, mobile apps, WordPress, eCommerce, UI/UX, or digital marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken English – able to write clear, convincing proposals and chat with international clients.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements, ask relevant questions, and suggest the right solutions.
  • Familiarity with bidding strategies, filters, and techniques to improve project win rate.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and communication tools (Zoom, Meet, Skype, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
