NXS Infotech is a dynamic digital solutions agency specializing in Web Development, Mobile Applications, eCommerce platforms, and more. We're passionate about delivering quality technology solutions that empower brands and businesses worldwide. To scale our outreach and grow our client base, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Online Bidder / BDE to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with 1–2 years of experience in online bidding and business development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and a proven track record of securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, etc.
  • Generate leads through online channels and lead generation tools.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant services.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain healthy client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new business development in areas like Web Development, Mobile Apps, and eCommerce.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align project scope with client goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Handle client communication, negotiations, and closure of deals.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in online bidding and business development.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Strong skills in proposal writing, client interaction, and requirement gathering.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of web-based services and digital products.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to meet targets consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
