Job Description

As the Onboarding Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees joining our organization. This includes organizing orientation and induction sessions, introducing new employees to the team, and acting as their primary point of contact. You will be tasked with developing and updating employee handbooks and policies, ensuring that new starters are enrolled in various company programs such as pension plans and health plans, and arranging necessary training sessions for employees from different departments. Additionally, you will assist new recruits with any questions or concerns they may have, coordinate with relocation and redeployment processes, and gather feedback to continuously improve our onboarding procedures. Your role will also involve ensuring that new employees receive the necessary access to hardware and software required for their roles, contributing to a positive and efficient onboarding experience.,
