Onboarding Executive

You will be responsible for US Onboarding in either Vadodara or Gurgaon location during night shifts. With a minimum of 1 year experience in U.S. Onboarding, your key responsibilities will include: - Onboarding new hire candidates - Offboarding employees - Conducting background checks and drug tests for new hires accurately - Ensuring timely initiation and completion of drug tests for consultants - Serving as the primary contact for subcontractors and maintaining relationships with vendors/clients To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough - Proficient in English verbal and written communication to interact professionally with Americans - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Strong follow-up skills - Friendly, positive, and proactive attitude Additionally, the company offers benefits such as both side cabs (not available in Vadodara), medical and accidental insurance, recurring incentives, monthly and annual rewards and recognition programs, as well as international trips for top performers.
